Setup steps

Set up your custom domain

  1. Go to Custom Domain in the main menu.
  2. Enter your subdomain (e.g., agents.yourcompany.com).
  3. Add the CNAME DNS record shown to your domain registrar.
  4. Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours, usually faster).
  5. SSL is provisioned automatically once propagation is complete.
  6. Upload your logo and set your brand colors.
Share only your custom domain URL with clients. Never share the app.pulsyai.com URL — it exposes the PulsyAI brand.

Connect Stripe for rebilling

  1. Go to Rebilling in the main menu.
  2. Click Connect Stripe and complete the OAuth flow.
  3. Create one or more pricing plans with:
    • Monthly fee
    • Included free minutes
    • Per-minute overage rate
    • Feature access

Create client sub-accounts

  1. Go to Clients in the main menu.
  2. Click Add client and enter the client’s email address.
  3. Send the invitation.
  4. The client creates their account on your custom domain.
  5. Their workspace is isolated — they cannot see other clients’ data or your PulsyAI account.
The Clients table shows each sub-account’s name, email, and payment status (Has Paid: True/False).

Manage client agents

Click View on any client in the Clients table to access their sub-account and manage their assistants directly.Clients can also manage their own agents if you grant them access. You retain full admin control at all times.

PulsyAI does not bill your clients directly. All client-facing billing is handled through your Stripe account.

Support priority

White Labeling plan customers receive priority support. When contacting support, mention your reseller status and include the relevant Call SID or sub-account email for faster resolution.

Compliance note

As the reseller, you are responsible for ensuring your clients comply with applicable calling regulations (CASL, TCPA, GDPR, etc.) in their respective markets. PulsyAI provides the technology — compliance obligations pass through to you and your clients.
