# overview

> The complete business playbook for PulsyAI resellers — finding prospects, booking meetings, closing clients, and building a compounding reseller business with multi-year client retention.

# Growth Playbook

The Growth Playbook is the business side of PulsyAI — everything you need to find prospects, book meetings, close clients, and build a reseller business that compounds over time. Where the rest of the documentation teaches you how to build AI agents, this section teaches you how to turn that capability into revenue.

<Tip>
  **This is how the PulsyAI team personally builds and runs a reseller business.** If you have methods that work better for you, keep using them. The playbook on these pages is what we found highest-ROI across our own pipeline and the resellers we've supported — not a constraint on how you have to operate.
</Tip>

## Why this section exists

Most PulsyAI resellers reach the same moment: they've completed their white-label setup, configured their first agent, and built a working platform — and then they realize they have no clients. The documentation gets them to "the product is ready." It doesn't get them to "the business is running."

The Growth Playbook fills that gap. Five practical pages, written from real PulsyAI field experience, that take a reseller from zero prospects to a compounding client base. Every page contains scripts, tactics, and frameworks the PulsyAI team uses in our own pipeline — not theoretical advice, not marketing copy.

## Who this section is for

The Growth Playbook is built primarily for PulsyAI resellers — agency owners, GoHighLevel resellers, solo operators, and consultants reselling AI voice agents to their own client base. But the content applies broadly:

* **New resellers** starting from zero — read the pages in order, follow the recommended sequence below.
* **Intermediate resellers** with a few clients — skip to the pages that address your current bottleneck (closing? retention? scaling?).
* **Experienced resellers** running mature pipelines — use this as a reference for sharpening specific tactics or onboarding new team members.

If you're an end-client of PulsyAI (not a reseller), some of this content will still be useful — particularly [Common client questions](/platform/growth-playbook/common-client-questions) and [Working with End-Clients](/platform/growth-playbook/working-with-end-clients) — but the section is structured from a reseller's perspective.

## The reseller journey

Every reseller business follows the same natural sequence, regardless of vertical or scale:

| Stage | What happens | Growth Playbook page |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 1. Find prospects    | Identify businesses likely to convert into clients                | [Outbound prospecting](/platform/growth-playbook/outbound-prospecting) + [Acquiring clients](/platform/growth-playbook/acquiring-clients) |
| 2. Book the meeting | Get the prospect on a 30-minute call where you can pitch | [Outbound prospecting](/platform/growth-playbook/outbound-prospecting) |
| 3. Close the client | Run the meeting that converts the prospect into a paying customer | [Closing client meetings](/platform/growth-playbook/closing-client-meetings) |
| 4. Handle objections | Respond to the questions and concerns that come up in meetings | [Common client questions](/platform/growth-playbook/common-client-questions) |
| 5. Retain and grow | Keep the client successful, expand their value over time | [Working with End-Clients](/platform/growth-playbook/working-with-end-clients) |

The 5 pages map directly to these stages. Together they form a complete cycle — from cold prospect to long-retained client to compounding business.

## Recommended reading order

For a new reseller starting from zero, the most productive reading sequence:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start with Closing client meetings">
    This is the foundation. Even if you haven't booked your first meeting yet, understanding what a high-converting close looks like shapes how you'll run every prospecting interaction. Read this first so you know the destination.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Then read Common client questions">
    Before you talk to a single prospect, understand the objections that will come up. The 35+ responses on this page are your safety net — they make sure you're never caught flat-footed in a meeting.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Then read Outbound prospecting">
    Now you're ready to start booking meetings. The cold call script and Google Maps prospecting tactic give you everything you need to make your first 100 prospecting calls productive from day one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Then read Acquiring clients">
    Once cold calling is producing meetings, layer in the other acquisition channels — LinkedIn, agency reselling, content, ads. This is where you scale beyond a single channel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish with Working with End-Clients">
    By the time you have your first few clients, this page becomes the most important one in the section. It's the difference between a one-time sale and a 5-year client.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Experienced resellers can read in any order — each page stands on its own as a standalone reference.

## Five principles underneath everything

A few principles repeat across every page in this section. They're the philosophical foundation of how PulsyAI sells, closes, and retains:

* **You are only successful if your clients are successful.** Nobody pays for a service that doesn't deliver positive ROI. Every tactic in this playbook is designed to make sure your clients win — because that's the only way you win long-term.
* **Sell on value, not on price.** Never lead with the monthly cost. Always lead with what the prospect stands to gain. The math of recoverable revenue closes deals; the price tag closes nothing.
* **The 2-week free trial does the closing.** The real challenge in this business isn't getting clients to sign — it's getting them to test the system. Once they test it, they convert. Remove the upfront risk, let the system prove itself, then charge.
* **Be transparent, not agreeable.** Push back on bad ideas politely. Disclose the AI identity in greetings. Tell prospects the math even when it makes the offer feel expensive. Trust beats persuasion every time.
* **Treat clients as partners, not customers.** Brainstorm together, celebrate their wins, help beyond contracted scope. Partnership posture is what produces multi-year retention. Transactional posture is what produces churn.

These principles aren't theoretical. They're what the PulsyAI team applies in our own pipeline and what we've seen drive the highest performance across the resellers we've supported.

## What success looks like

The Growth Playbook isn't aspirational. It's documented from real PulsyAI experience:

* **Clients retained since day one of the platform — many years and counting.** When both sides do their part — the reseller applies the practices in this playbook consistently, and the client engages with the partnership — relationships compound over years, not months.
* **Around 5% annual churn on inbound voice deployments** when the methodology is applied consistently. That's not a guarantee — it's a reflection of what consistent post-sale work actually produces.
* **Sub-two-minute call durations with 92% booking rates** when scripts follow the [Build a Script](/platform/build-your-agent/build-a-script) methodology. Short, focused calls convert dramatically higher than long ones.
* **30% minimum conversion lift on speed-to-lead campaigns** when AI agents respond within seconds of form submission instead of hours later.

These numbers come from real deployments, not marketing positioning. They're achievable for any reseller who applies the playbook with discipline.

## Start here

If you read only one page in this section before your next prospect interaction, read this:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Closing client meetings" icon="handshake" href="/platform/growth-playbook/closing-client-meetings">
    The 4-step framework that converts prospects into clients. The foundation of the entire reseller motion.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Common client questions" icon="message-circle-question" href="/platform/growth-playbook/common-client-questions">
    The 35+ objection responses. The safety net that keeps you from getting caught flat-footed.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Everything else in the Growth Playbook builds on these two pages. Master them and the rest of the section accelerates dramatically.
